And I hate it when people just assume anyone can get an upgrade easily, it's not like everyone even has a job or someone who will just do that for him or her. I myself can but it's rather rude of you to say such and you're actually blatantly wrong. A wallpaper is defined as " an optional background pattern or picture on a computer or mobile phone screen" so a 10x10 image can be your wallpaper if you set it as such. Now, if you want to dislike "non-HD" wallpapers that's fine don't download them, but you're out of line for hating people for providing and image -when the OP even says resolution doesn't matter!- especially when you're straight up wrong.
