What OP probably wanted to say is that every frame can be used as a quality wallpaper. He only messed up in counting. One second has 24 frames (23,976 for us with OCD) and not 30.

I dont know where did you get those numbers but the BR rip I have stored on my HDD is constantly between 15 and 22 individual/different frames. Of course I didn't check every second of the movie, but all the ones I did randomly check were in that spread although it would probably go way lower in more static, slower scenes.

'' 5 Centimeters per second '' . A great movie, even tho I did not like the art I highly recommend it. It breaks your heart tho, be prepared.
