Fallout Resurection came up today. http://resurrection.cz/en/
It's a total conversion mod for Fallout 2 that's been in the works since the 2000 or so.

I saw a thread on RPGcodex about it but I have too much on my plate right now. From what I read, it sounds like a proper fallout game full of options.
