Nah, most teams in JA2 are perfectly viable. Get Meltdown as well, she is ridiculously powerful in the earlygame.

They have high wisdom, meaning their stats grow a bit faster and can also be very cheap specialists and they stay cheap.

Flo is good for hauling guns and selling them to Tony, or training militia if you get her leadership up. Gasket decent for repairing items. Razor is actually great for combat (pic related after 4 days with him)

Dexterity and Agility are both equally important, you want decent scores in both. Lower Strength gets dealt with naturally because it raises quickly just from playing the game and isn't totally crippling, whereas shit Dexterity will handicap basically everything you do and shit Agility will leave you with piss poor action points for most of the game.

I normally just lower Explosives, Medicine, and Mechanical to 35 unless I'm doing a specialist run.
