How come almost everything on the 3DO was ported to the SS and PS

but most Jaguar games remained exclusive to the Jaguar?
>>
Shit games vs good (enough) games

SS and PS couldn't handle Jaguar, do the math
>>
Most of the 3DO's library was produced by third parties such as EA and Crystal Dynamics. When the 3DO floundered, they just ported all their stuff to the PS and SS.

I don't think had any serious third-party support, outside stuff like Rayman (which got ported to several platforms) and Double Dragon V (which was originally for the 16-bit consoles).

Jaguar had really, really bad games. It doesn't even have a top 10. More like a top 5.

What else?

Would really like to score one of these but I think my chance is gone.

I'm sure Daggerfall is way better though.

3DO wasn't that bad. It was like a proto-Playstation.

Better to compare Jag with Amiga CD32 or something.

anyone else notice a high pitch sound in the background during the entire video?
>>
>>3349293
The Jaguar had fucked-up architecture that made porting to and fro harder.
>>
>>3349747
Carmack liked it though.
>>
>>3349432
Underrated, but that's to be expected since most /vr/ frequenters are kiddies too young to catch the joke.
I caught it, though. I caught it.

Another 16-bit port like Double Dragon V.
>>
>>3349759
Carmack liked the 32x too. He literally camped outside Sega's offices to get the 32x version made.

Oh, get off your high horse. We all know about the Jag's shitty advertising slogan.
>>
>>3349783
Oh yeah? Which Youtube channel told you about it, kiddo?
>>
>>3349791
AVGN, duh.
>>
>>3349779
As an amateur, I don't get why he liked them.
>>
>>3349773
AvP
Iron Soldier
Iron Soldier 2
Tempest 2000
Rayman

>>3349293
what about tempest bro? hmm?
>>
>>3349962
Raiden
Atari Karts
Battlesphere Gold
Super Burnout
>>
>>3349726
Amiga CD32 had Amiga games. The Jaguar had bad ports of Amiga games... on an Atari. It's a bad joke.
>>
>>3349293
nearly every game on jaguar was shit or a port - there wasn't a need to port them
