While Windows got a port of wipEout 2097/XL, and it's prettier to boot, PS has the whole series in a consistent manner and is far less of a hassle to set up

PS low resolution looks better, because it's more consistent regarding models and sprites, has the music working right, and at least the free R* version of Windows GTA requires some unnecessary messing with
