Does anyone else think it was the best in the series? the open world exploration, inability to die and treasure collecting all really lent themselves to it becoming one of my favorite games of all time. sure, it has a couple of weak points, but I think it's the strongest Wario game and it's always the first that comes to mind when he's mentioned. I'm still holding out for another sequel in its style.

I agree. This game is very very unique and it's one of my absolute favorites of all time. I've 100% completed it several times and it doesn't get old. 4 is great of course, but for me nothing in the series, and very few other video games in general can touch 3. It's not perfect, no game is, but god damn is this game something to behold. I love it.

I enjoyed 1 and 2 but dropped this one really early. It felt too slow and tedious to me.

Yeah, locking away your abilities was a pretty bad move, but it does have some amazing level design, give it another try.

How could anyone hate 4, it was a return to form for Wario after the gimmicky messes that were 2 and 3.

Best in the series and one of my personal favourite games, even though I have to admit I just have a huge nostalgia boner for thsi game. Love the puzzles, the exploring and how memorable every level is. Getting the thumbs up by Wario after collecting all treasures the first time is something I'll never forget.

Nintendo are fools to not give it to us in some form on the 3DS. The system is practically custom-made for its revival.
