Yeah it'd be cool. Honestly had they done the DD right off the bat, things might've been a little different.

Either way I still love the N64 despite all the haters on this board.

Eh, OOT was already big enough for a 1998 game, and I guess they could sneak in some redbook audio stuff? But the games would be plagued by loading times. I'm kind of glad they stayed with carts, even if it didn't pay out too well back then, I still like that N64 was the last console with carts, would have been sad if the last ones were SNES/Genesis.

The 64DD should have been a f-ing CD DISC DRIVE and should have come out in 1996 when it launched built into the system.

Kirby 64 could have been a larger size cart game. But due to time limits they had to cut content to release the game in the year 2000.

Also I think having combo abilities and friends abilities was too much to add in at the time. I would love to see both combos and friends return.

Animal buddies were shit, I'm glad they dropped them. Though I wish 64 would've had co-op still.

I enjoyed them and the secrets they unlocked in DL3. Some friends had better abilities like Nago triple jump for speed. They would add to co-op gameplay.

Perfect Kirby game imo they just need to combine all the best aspects from previous games.

Animal buddies were a DKC thing and they were pretty cool.
Kirby's friends in DL2 and DL3 were awesome, I prefer them to hats and having a large amount of base powers.
