Man that shit was really hard. But memorable as hell, and it felt so god damn good after finally beating him. Few bosses today that can replicate that feeling of satisfaction.

Sunset Riders doesn't have belt-scroller controls though, you can only move left and right.
There are some sections that let you jump onto the upper portion of the level but that's just standard platforming like any other run'n'gun.
The only thing that really sets Sunset Riders apart is the pacing, it's more of a calculated and precise game. I think of it as a walk'n'gun.
