What should I know before I'll be looking for deals?
What's good price?
Some tips on Rhea?

Only thing of intrest is that some games need a ROM cart, depending on what game it may be 1 to 4 MB that is required. Besides that the Action Replay Cart makes it possible to play all region games (no burned copies however) and also has 4 MB installed so all the games are playable.
