No, I don't think stores still stock cards for consoles that aren't being made or supported anymore.
You might be able to still find them on ebay/craigslist though. Maybe some gamestop somewhere still has them.
My Sears had plenty of codes six months ago. They also had plenty of PSP-Go PSN cards. If you can't find any (and you can't use a CC) just soft-mod your Wii and download any games you want. Don't feel bad, the people who made the games profited and moved on decades ago.

The Wii Shop Channel is gone, mate. But the Nintendo eShop is alive and well and stores should have a few of those.

I just bought Castlevania, Sonic 2 and Super Mario World on a wii system like a month ago.
You dont need a wii card. You just go to the "add wii points option" and put in your credit card.
