NFL Blitz on N64. Not co-op but damn near wanting to choke out my friend after scoring 3 touchdowns in less than a minute and vice versa.

Super Probotector when the other player stops me from jumping over a hazard because of their slow arse, making me land on it instead.
Mario 3 comes to mind. there are others, but that one jumps out more.
