Seconding launchbox. Its pretty neat. They have a "steam bigpicture" style ui in the paid version, but I havent tried it yet.

Hyperspin seems geared towards cabs -loud and obnoxious attract mode.

You can use rocketlauncher without hyperspin and load games from there. Rocketlauncher itself is pretty decent and does have quite a bit of features, but there are a few quirks to it which annoy me. Using launchbox right now and liking it.
