Not rare. I remember they had demos of this game at the Sony metreon in 2001~. It was just a late release.

It had a really small print run, in North America iirc. It only sold 60,000 copies in Japan.
Wouldn't surprise me if it's 10-30k, which is quite low for Capcom.
