I passed on a MUSHA a few years ago now which I really regret.
The Genesis market has gotten really out of hand on a few high quality titles (Gunstar Heroes, Castlevania Bloodlines and Contra: Hard Corps are probably the biggest jumps) but it's lesser known good exclusives and curiosities remaining in the appealing 30-50 range for a complete copy while a great deal of very good commons are fairly dirt cheap, even complete.
I'd say that the Genesis might be about the only retro system that I'd argue it was reasonable to build a decent catalog for a fairly low investment.
