The 1 on NES and 2 on SNES are some of my favorite games, but there are lots of games I like better.

I'd move DL3 up to high tier and Crystal Shards up to mid tier.
Also I'd put Pinball Land in mid tier, Block Ball in high tier, Dream Course in top tier, Star Tacker in low Tier, Tilt n' Tumble in god tier, Super Star Stacker in high tier.

I first played DL3 when I was like 8 years old and it blew my mind how fun it was. Only got to play a few levels. I didn't return to it until about 10 years later. It was so aggravatingly easy I wanted to bite something. Hopefully I get dementia someday and can enjoy beautiful but horribly easy games like that again.
Super Star is actually pretty alright, and Amazing Mirror (though not really retro) still provides some challenge for platformer fans.
