Princess Crown is fun, but very repetitive. Also, being forced to play as characters other then Gradriel also ruins it a bit.
Add a skill system, more enemy and level variety, more music variety and let us play as Gradriel for an entire game and it would have been sweet.
Mystara wasn't "his" game, he barely worked on it as an animator.

Didn't he only work on the first D&D belt scroller, Tower of Doom? And the second D&D belt scroller, Shadow over Mystara, was done by a different team? Which is why its graphics were such a huge drop in quality.
But anyways, Tower of Doom is my favorite belt scroller pretty much ever.
Princess Crown is fucking beautiful though, some of the best sprite work I've ever seen in a game.
