I can't think of any exclusives, pretty much the entire library has superior versions for cheaper consoles. If you can get it for cheap maybe, the genesis Flashcarts are compatible with it. Mortal Kombat 3 is good on it, if you don't have a 360 or even the most rudimentary pc it is an option.

If you have a flashcart, yes. It's a decently fun library to skim through and it's tricky to find anything that will emulate it outside of the PC. If you actually want to buy 32x games, hell no. You'll only end up paying an arm and a leg for the few great games out there.

I have one and used to use it all the time, but since I got my Saturn I've since relegated it to storage. Mostly because I only ever played After Burner and Space Harrier on mine.
It's a fine working 'system' but unless you're not planning on getting a Saturn then it's not really worth bothering with.
Virtua Racing on it is pretty great though, so is Virtua Fighter I will give it that.
