I recommend to patch it yourself and use the translation by demiforce and after that apply a second patch that restores the original japanese title screen.

A guy by the name of Chaos Rush took the Famicon version and retranslated it from scratch. He knows basic Japanese and he referenced the GBA version as well. The translation also adds a B Button Dash.
