Should've just emulated, mega man games are high quality games with fantastic gameplay, art, and music. Even the worst one, 5, is still good enough to not be trash. Many argue 2 and 3 are the best however I feel 4 is the best of the bunch. Have fun anon.

gutsman stage is the worst designed in the series, I dont reccomend a total newcomer to megaman to play it first

people say that but MM games are relatively hard imo, not the hardest NES games at all but not too easy imo
esp if you play blind instead of doing everything in the "right" order
what does legacy collection have in the way of extras? concept art, I know the 3DS one is in 3D..,

This. There are challenging parts of stages but you can get through with perseverance. I thought they were absurdly difficult until I realized the bosses were weak to certain weapons. Then it's pretty easy.
why not play the games and find out yourself?
