Anyone recognize this? I found it at the bottom of a box in my basement. It doesn't fit Genesis, snes, nes or n64 but those are the only cart systems I owned

It's supposed to be a dongle for the 32X when a Sega CD isn't present. I have one and never had to need to use it but apparently certain Genesis systems wont work with the 32X without it.
