Is there a comprehensive resource or guide on emulating psx on psp to recommend? alot of things i find on google seem contradictory and out of date.

Just grab the already converted games from your quintesential ROM site.

Alternatively, grab the official PSN releases if possible, they come with tye manual and wll.

I also want to know this. I'm having trouble getting wip3out:SE working with music on my PSP fat.

There isn't an eboot of it anywhere so I had to try and make one myself. The game works but no sound.

Problem is probably that the game uses CDDA for the music, try the cdda_enabler v2 plugin. Fixed it for me with another game.

Can't you just convert them yourself? I use a program called PSX2PSP.

Sometimes it has trouble if your files have the .ecm extension, but then you just use the un-ecm tool.

There's 14 bin files in the Wip3out:SE download. PSX2PSP only lets you convert max 5 files at the same time? So, the first BIN is the base game, but give you can only use one eboot, I don't know how to get the PSP to recognise the other bin files (they presumably contain the music)

I think you just need to put the first (biggest) one in psx2psp but not sure. And try ths >>3237149
