I always preferred fighters jet myself.
Used to play the hell out of it at my local arcade before going to movies, no fucking clue how the hell they got that.

Raiden II and Raiden DX in my opinion are the best in the series.
Side note, playing Raiden II on the PSX on a sound system is fucking awesome.
