Amazing game by the way, best played with a friend.

There was a really neat freeware civil war game I used to play when I was younger... I will try to figure out what that was and if it was retro or not. It was at the very least retro style. Seemed old.

well the Civil war mod for empire: total war is probably the best you're gonna get. it aint retro though.
