Death Adders shield. Fuck the Golden Axe itself, it doesn't even appear in most games, but Death Adders dragon shield is awesome.
The Zenithian Sword is classic.

Also the fact that it eats potions if the player bothers to use them during the boss fight. Wish there was more games with the aesthetic of return of death adder it oozes with conan-esque swords and sorcery atmosphere.

To be fair, the Saw is bugged. It's meant to instakill enemies weaker than you, but someone mixed up their >s and <s.
