I've had a Sega CD since the early 90s but I never did all that much with it. I've got Sonic CD, Sewer Shark, and both Ecco Games. I had Spider Man vs the Kingpin at one point but the disk cracked.
What are some recommended games for it? I'd really like to get more use out of it.

Keio Flying Squadron is probably the only good exclusive for it.
I really like Popful Mail. I played it, and couldn't put it down. Boy am I glad you can just burn Sega CD games.

Sincerely, that's about for good games on that machine. Everything else is either under par or has aged terribly.

Sonic CD and Ecco are not perfect as well (especially if you resort to name calling and generalization), but are still really enjoyable games on their own.
But you sound like someone who hates games and only plays first party stuff.
