I can't imagine trying to be player one on a console. Driving and shooting on what would've been a Genesis or snes? How would you have fit that all on one c?

It would have been a shit port that's probably why it wasn't ported. Would have had to be a SNES or Sega CD game because of the sprite-scaling plus it's actually a relative-position shooting game so that would need to be reworked to be compatible with the absolute-position light guns those consoles used.
It would have been great on Wii though.
