I remember seeing previews of this in a magazine when I was a kid ('95 or so). A few years later, after it wasn't released here, in one of my emuscene circles, I remember hearing about a fan translation. I have played most of the Square titles with a fan translation but not this one. After Googling it, it seems way too Japanese to have ever been considered for release here. Fuck this weeb game.

One thing you could do is take the the parts from the turtle in the mecha chapter, sorry but the name escapes me, and give them to akira for the final chapter. Also if I remember right he's one if the easiest as he's just at the top of the castle. Sorry if I'm forgetting some details, been awhile.
Also have to argue lei and arguably sunset are better then oboro. Lei is a fucking monster with her final techniques and hurricane shot is a stupid as fuck broken move.
