Jelly Boy 2 (Beta)
Unrealeased sequel to Jerry Boy/Smartball. An average if serviceable game. This takes everything great about it and improves it drastically. Even though it's an unreleased beta there's really only two issues: One character is meant to swim better than the rest but it wasn't implemented, making her essentially useless aside from one side-goal, and the music during the ending freezes.

Rocket Knight Adventure, Sparkster (SNES) and Sparkster (Genesis) are all different games. RKA is the best, I don't care for either Sparkster game but they have their fans.

(Not him) There are so many top tier platformers on the SNES that its way too hard to point out the absolutely best. If you made a top 10 list of these games, arranging them in the list would be an arbitrary choice, mostly subjective.
Personally, I think DKC II is the second best platformer, just after Megaman X. And yea, I know this game isnt popularly considered the best, or even better than DKC2 for that matter.
