I can't believe I'm mentioning this for the third time in as many days and as many threads, but The Last Express.
Moosejaw falls in Ignition
Oh, and the first level in Hidden & Dangerous. The sounds in that level are amazing, rain tapping the metal roof of that small shed and a train sounding it's horn in the distance.
Will mention Outlaws also. Not that the train level was amazing but the game is.

This level is actually pretty damn frustrating, but has pretty good ideas and execution all around. I just wish it had more checkpoints.
