Are there any little known secrets or eastereggs in this game? It seems like there is a lot of potentail for hidden things that are hard to find.

The whole game is a secret noone I know has played it and I love it. Anyway I remember there being a secret earthworm Jim room somewhere in the game.
Don't wanna be >that guy but you should really stick to the pc port, the ps1 version has pretty bad framerate. I recall something written on a wall texture you could only see with the sniper rifle but I'm too lazy to look it up.

I know we are meant to be talking about secrets but I just want to point out this has one of best soundtracks I have ever heard, I fucking love the work of tommy tallarico.
You can get some secret developer credits by standing on top of this statue's boobs in Heavy Metal F.A.K.K.2's Sanctuary of Blood level.

an area you have to break a wall, you go inside and monsters will spam. You pick an item with a cow, and cows will drop from the sky and kill all the monsters with the message "groovy"
