ordered dithering is my favorite. Even if the image quality is not the best, it adds a certain structure, which I like. Also, with more colors (4 shades of grey? 16 colors?) it already looks quite good. Floyd-Steinberg looks most natural/familiar and Jarvis looks like someone desperately slapped an HQ filter on top of F-S.
