Hey /vr
Today I found an interesting glitch or easter egg in Blood.
If you use the "noclip" cheat and try to pass through some walls of the Rest for the Wicked (E2M3) level, you can see a message that says "REPLACE WITH TILE #2500 THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Besides, some sprites can be seen depending on the wall you try to pass through

That's not Blood, that's BloodCM.
Besides, there is already a Blood thread

its the BloodCM
Yes, it could be exclusive, but someone could try on original blood

You should ask Nesfag, he's always got Blood running in a dosbox at any time

Well, I'm still waiting for someone to test this in the original blood
its probably exclusive to the poop known as bloodcm. as that thing is inaccurate as fuck and is missing plenty of shit there's no way in hell he would have included an 'easter egg' like this.

Bloodcm is not so bad. I'm having lots of fun with it, and besides some bugs, it's pretty accurate.

Actually raw map data should be the easiest to convert to EDuke32. Anyone serious in this should be able to make a converter to convert Blood's map to DN3D Build format.
Then, you can change the size of the map in a couple of clicks in Mapster32 (the overall scale of Build games are different from each others) ; from there rebuild every effect (doors, explosions, etc).
If they recreated every map from scratch, I have even less faith in them than I had.
Anyway I had a quick look and couldn't find the "easter egg" in Blood. But I haven't looked in Build, which would be the easiest way to find it...

No.

Me too, which is why earlier I said that >>3059517
Anyway would that hint that they actually recreated maps from scratch ?! That would be very noobish, I always assumed they'd find a way to use the original maps. i'm pretty sure I heard someone once on a forum he succeeded in opening Blood map format in EDuke32, though it may have been another game.
