If we're talking SF2, then yes. FF1 is amazing, 2 would've been great but the AI is absolutely brutal. The series dipped until the Real Bout ones showed up and became amazing again, so SF2 would temporarily win in that gap.
But if we're talking SF Alphas or 3 then no, those beat out any FF.
