The Asian guy who was a part of this was fine with the ad, I'm sure he found it funny. I don't get that it's like what you're suggesting (from a european who hates American gun culture).
I think it's more just the fact that he's asian and it's a joke about Asian stereotypes automatically "triggered" your sjw, and how you would have to "educate" people on Japanese culture and tell them how it really is because you know all about it. The thing being poked fun at is the robotic-like Asian work culture and that's why I found it funny. If it was all an Asian company that made it would you call it "racist"? No, it wouldn't trigger you then, it wouldn't cause you to tell everyone how ignorant people are about Japan and how it "really" is.
There comes a point where SJWism is censoring and denying people the ability to make funny or interesting things, and that's really damaging. Even the fear of being called racist is enough that ads like this won't exist in future.
