Best rain effect in a classic game? Other meteorological phenomena are fine as well, either 2D or 3D

Zozo always impressed me. It was the first time I'd seen rain in an RPG. It was pretty amazing for the time.
It's far from being the best rain effect but I like the way wet condition changes your car handling in Driver 1/2.
