Nothing.

Like Earthworm Jim, it was nice at the time but completely irrelevant, pioneered nothing, and at its best was "well polished"

An alright cinematic/puzzle platformer. If you are gonna play it, play the remade version. The original has this archaic save system where you can only save by manually moving through a NEW checkpoint and saving, meaning you have to complete a puzzle and not die trying to reach the next savepoint (which you will seeing as it's pretty trial and error heavy, as are most cinematic platformers) to save your progress. It's so fucking retarded it they fixed in the sequel that was released a year later.

Also if you really want 100% have a guide ready to check that you got all hostages before moving on, a few are hidden in areas where it'll probably make you think "how the fuck was I suppose to try that".

Brilliant cinematic platformer with a vision and message. You better make sure to play the original, since the remake fucked up a lot, like the art direction, which is utterly important to this game.
>>
>>3011627
Ignore the other people, it's an incredibly well made atmospheric platformer/puzzle game and the remake is absolute dogshit and ruins all of that.
>>
>>3011627
It's a solid game, though its emphasis on trial and error can prove irritating especially if you don't have the option of save states. Great art-direction. It's a very cohesive game.

It's worth a try.

This. Please don't play the remake. Either play the original pc or ps1 version.

Ha just bought the original ps1 from my local game shop for 12.99 which is an average price online. This game is still awesome and even my nephew loved it. Good times.

Don't listen to him. The comparisons to EJ don't work.

It's one of those cinematic puzzle platformers. It's great. Looks nice too.

Those bastards!

I paid that much like 20 years ago.
