Forgot to add that the PCE also had a port of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari (aka River City Ransom), but it's not really that much different from the FC version.
It's crazy how Turtles in Time is steadily climbing in price... soon enough it's gonna be one of the top 5 most valuable games on the system, and it was wildly popular with millions of copies out there.

I kinda liked the PCE Double Dragon II (even if it's not as good as the FC version it was based on, it's worth playing once for the anime scenes alone) and Riot Zone is the closest thing the platform has to a Final Fight-type brawler. Kaze Kiri is a single-plane brawler BTW.
All things considered though, the PCE isn't really that good of a system for belt-scrollers.
