Constantly dying: the adventure game.

Trying to bump a thread after three minutes is incredibly ignorant.

That is not what he said and you know it, you little kid-diddler.

How many times did you die so far?

I'm pretty fond of this game. Good old-school fantasy mood and setting, and both the score and the visuals are great. Shame they felt a twerpy Threepwoodesque main character was mandatory for the genre.
I never felt the trial and error formula was any kind of deal-breaker for this kind of game. Creating (quite intentionally) the illusion that you're working against an unfair design is a perfectly acceptable technique to give players a sense of accomplishment when they manage to "prevail"

Nah, I mean, it's not a Sierra game.

The first two games look fantastic. Shame the third one got caught in the mid-90s pre-rendered 3D onslaught
I liked 1st kyrandya only
2nd and 3rd too light atmosphere
Pretty good game, part of mah childhood

Comfy as fuck, pham. I'm replaying Kyrandia 1 right now and all of the music is generally pretty cozy. These are great games.
