I was wondering since ALWAYS, what is this thing on Liu's chest on his MK1 select character picture. Even on the HD picture it doesn't resemble anything... WHAT IS THIS?

I still don't see it in my pictures xD. It doesn't look right AT ALL. It's out of proportion, it looks too small, it doesn't look like a hand to me. It has no details. Who looked at this and thought "hmmm yes, this is a good looking picture"?
In your picture of course, it looks like a hand/palm. It doesn't in the original and in the HD picture in my first post.
Isn't it obvious?
