I had one of these, Mortal Kombat 3 for my brazilian Master System, back when i was around 7yo, but the game always seemed weird. Few playable characters, no history...

for 8bit it looks damn good, on par with the MK1 and MK2 ports.

I'm actually kinda intrigued about the attention Tectoy gave to the SMS (and to a slightly lesser extent, the Genesis. Mega Drive).
I know some of the ports vary wildly in quality (though they did manage to develop a couple of their own stuff, like that one Woody Woodpecker game that I found quite decent), and some games went through some Yo Noid! tier sprite hacks to accommodate some popular properties there, but still
