Castlevania: Symphony of the Night Level 1 saves. JP and USA versions.
Alucard is set to level 99, but with level 1 stats. It is a kind of "hard mode" though ti's not that hard for veterans. The equipment is still broken of course, so if you know the right combos you can breeze through it.

I didn't use the Crissaegrim. But I did get those +15 DEF necklaces late game that drop from those weird guys up top and that made the last chunk of the game pretty easy.
But first we have to talk about inverted castles
