I imagine it works differently in different institutions. My gf's dad did time before I met them and they got him a fucking PSX. Which was actually lucky since it was their only vidya that didn't get stolen when their house got broken into.

I once spent a week binging on that damn game. I had developed an outside metro system from my castle on a mountain to various points of interest. I even went to the trouble of covering the metro with cobblestones and lava so I could see the lines on the map. This game is like crack, you have Lil moments of extreme pleasure but it lessens with time.
