Knight Blazer is legit if you use Last Burst frequently, otherwise it has no real weaknesses, Ashley/Brad/Lilka can just tank every fight, and you can technically make it impossible to lose if Brad can survive an attack at max HP, using a combination of the guardian that makes you invincible while defending and the accessory that lets you regenerate each turn.

If you're not done yet, careful you don't ignore your secondary characters, you'll have to run them solo in a few places. But yeah the main 3 are too solid for their own good.

Kanon is as monster and Tim is pretty much a weaker, tankier version of Lilka, so there's not much to worry about unless you never grinded Tim up at all.
Even then though, all he ever does is spam First-Aid and Combine, so the other abilities aren't particularly necessary.
