I been wondering, is there any way to faithfully replicate paddle controls on mame, asid from actually having to buy a paddle?

Unless you have a handheld thing that can spin 360 degrees, you aren't faithfully replicating paddle controls.

So, no, just like you can't accurately emulate a cycling game without foot pedals.

Do cycling controls even exist? It'd be neat to try emulating Prop Cycle.

Griffin Powermate.
Clickable. Infinitely rotatable.

Yes. You can make a paddle by modifying an analog stick.

You can also make a spinner, such as control in your pic related, by modifying an old mouse
