I'm looking to buy a game for Nintendo 64 and/or Super Famicom. At the moment, I plan on buying 罪と罰 (sin and punishment). Any other suggestions for Japanese exclusives on these two platforms?
Super Famicom:
Ganbare Goemon 2 and 4
Go Go Ackman 1, 2, 3.
N64: Bakuretsu Muteki Bangai-O

I just made this for my own use the other day.
I know it looks terrible, and it's about any SNES RPG in english so there's USA stuff too.
Then you can go to Aeon Genesis or Romhacking and see what's translated. At least that's what i do for RPG's.

More that I forgot:
YamYam
Zig Zag Cat

I was mostly listing stuff that doesn't need a translation to be playable.
I know for sure that these have translations though (but you really don't need them):
Shin Kidou Senshi Gundam W Endless Duel
Shin Nekketsu Kouha Kunio Tachi no Banka
Super Fire Pro Wrestling X Premium
Jikkyou Power Pro Wrestling '96 Max Voltage
Super Famicom Wars
Ball Bullet Gun
If you want to include games that require translations to play then these are also worth playing:
Shodai Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun
Final Fantasy V
Live-A-Live
Fire Emblem (series)
Tactics Ogre
Front Mission
Front Mission Gun Hazard
Clock Tower
Famicom Tantei Club Part II
Shin Megami Tensei
Shin Megami Tensei II
Seiken Densetsu 3
Romancing SaGa
Romancing SaGa 3
Bahamut Lagoon
Star Fox 2 (NEVER RELEASED, ONLY PLAYABLE IN AN EMULATOR, YOU HAVE TO USE THE FIXED VERSION OF THE ROM OR IT WON'T RUN)
