Scooby-Doo Cyber Chase

Not a "best" by any means but my buddy and I played the shit out of Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase for a hot minute.

I beat that game as a kid. Basic platformer, but isn't bad at all.

Yeah love race mania, had a demo as a kid then emulated it on my psp one of the best kart racers for me, along with lego racers

This and Bugs Bunny Lost in Time were great. That Bugs Bunny game drove me crazy as a kid because I was one golden carrot from 100% it and even though I skimmed through the entirety of the game many times, I couldn't find it.

Disney was pretty good for the PS1.

I played this as a tiny child and got stuck on the part where the panthers or whatever chase you.

I honestly liked it a lot, plus the European version was full dubbed with professional voice actors to most relevant languages in the region which was not that usual for that time so it really felt just like the show.
