open your console with "~" key and type connect

You can add it to your favorites in the steam selecting add server. Make sure there's no spaces or anything when copying/pasting if that's what you're doing otherwise it'll fuck up. You can click find games or add. It'll show up in the list if it matches your filter criteria. If it doesn't it'll still be in the list but not shown until you change your filters.
Optionally start the game, and type "connect 68.232.161.201:27025" in the console.

I actually did that on this exact server. Also deag is fucking dogshit and innacc as fuck. 180 scout would have made sense. Otherwise what your supposing is that I get my dick wet off playing headshot roulette. But congrats on your shit aim.
