gncr.org usually posts the no intro sets.
xnescat.info is also pretty good, but doesn't have n64, DC, or ps1 like gncr.

Don't tell me you don't know about the MAME rom+chd collection on there either?

I didn't realize that there was a site like that that posted clean DC GDI's. Thanks anon

No chds or mame sets but these seem like pretty good sites. Archive.org still has more though

They've got complete sets for 0.149 and 0.155, just go on internet archive and look for MAME.

Emuparadise and romhustler are the best IMO
Gaming party site lemonparty.org is your best bet

I use this site and it's really awesome! They also like to show off their old equipment too.

Simply the best.

Is there a reason the torrent contains only 30 something system collections, while downloading the collection normally gives you 64 collections?

No idea, I use the 2013-06-14 version of the collection since it's all inside a single .zip, and archive.org lets you view all the files inside single zips and download whatever file from it you want. I know these romsets aren't that big, but I still don't see the point in cluttering up my game lists with a bunch of shovelware.
