Four sprung immediately to mind but two have already been mentioned.
The other two: Silhouette Mirage bitch uses her hair to hold onto and pound on baddies.
In Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu (or, at least, the TG16 version; not sure about others), there are enemies on the first stage that whip their braids at you.
